Catalina Estrada Pagnotta
RA, OWNER, PRINCIPAL
I believe that creating people-oriented design starts with really listening to what you need, and collaborating with you to create a sensible and aesthetically pleasing end product. When working with my team, we don’t design at you, we design with you. Combining my knowledge as an architect with my knowledge as a realtor, I help our clients make the best decisions for their present and their future. When I’m not working, I’m usually on the go visiting friends and family or at my HIIT class.
Brian Pagnotta
RA, OWNER, PRINCIPAL
I’ve always had an interest in end-user experiences and how my designs can enhance them, whether that be through spatial organization, programmatic sequence, colors and textures, or lighting. We strive to be an experience for our clients, not just a checkbox. I ensure we do this by providing high quality drawings and modeling for our clients, as well as providing clear and comprehensive communication with consultants and contractors. When I’m not working, I’m probably enjoying a soccer game on TV or practicing yoga.

FELINE RESOURCES
I chose Brian and Catalina as my humans in 2015, and have been underwhelmed ever since. I found it particularly distasteful when they brought home the other cat a few years later, and frequently find myself putting him in his place. As head of feline resources, I’ll listen to your problems, but I probably won’t care and will judge you instead.
Jack Pagnotta
OFFICE SUPPLY MANAGER
I hit the “jack”pot when Brian found me as a kitten in the South Side in 2018. Since then, I’ve been wreaking havoc on any misplaced pencil or paper, and have no idea why I’ve been trusted to manage supplies for the office. Missing red pen? I knocked it off your desk. Bite marks in your paper? It was definitely me. My positive quality is that I’m a 10/10 lap warmer in the office.
